This page explains what happens to personal data when you contact Vibe2Prod or visit this website. It is written in plain language and kept as short as the subject allows.

Who is responsible

Vibe2Prod is a trading name of Voidstep, Lda (VAT PT518857948), registered at Rua Alto do Moinho de Vento 32, 3.º Dto., 2615-285 Alverca do Ribatejo. For any question about your data, write to hello@vibe2prod.io.

Data received by email

This website has no database. When a call to action opens your email client and you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company and a description of your app.

We use that information only to answer you, to assess whether an audit makes sense and, if it does, to prepare it. We do not sell, rent or share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build marketing lists.

The fit form

The fit form at /audit/start is a plain form on this site: it loads no third-party script and sets no cookie. Submitting it hands your answers to a form provider that delivers them to us and operates under its own privacy policy. We use them to assess fit and, if the audit goes ahead, to deliver it.

Booking a call

If a scheduling link is configured, booking a call takes you to a third-party scheduling provider that operates under its own privacy policy. We receive the details you submit there for the purpose of holding the meeting.

Code shared for an audit

Repository access and code shared for an audit are not governed by this page but by the audit’s written authorisation and terms: access is read-only and used for nothing else, and code and credentials are deleted after delivery.

Analytics

Analytics is currently disabled. This website sets no analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. If a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service is enabled in the future, this page will say so.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or profiling cookies. Nothing on this site requires consent for non-essential storage.

Hosting and processors

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider, and email is handled by a standard email provider. Both process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the service and keep it secure.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while the conversation is relevant and afterwards for as long as required for legitimate business or legal reasons — for example, accounting obligations for audits that go ahead. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant.

Legal basis

We process contact data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Write to hello@vibe2prod.io and we will answer within a reasonable period. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).

Vibe2Prod has no data protection officer and claims no privacy certification. This page reflects what the website actually does.
