Privacy
This page explains what happens to personal data when you contact Vibe2Prod or visit this website. It is written in plain language and kept as short as the subject allows.
Who is responsible
Vibe2Prod is a trading name of Voidstep, Lda (VAT PT518857948), registered at Rua Alto do Moinho de Vento 32, 3.º Dto., 2615-285 Alverca do Ribatejo. For any question about your data, write to hello@vibe2prod.io.
Data received by email
This website has no database. When a call to action opens your email client and you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company and a description of your app.
We use that information only to answer you, to work out whether we can help and, if we can, to scope the work. We do not sell, rent or share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build marketing lists.
Code and repository access
Repository access and the code you share are not governed by this page but by that job’s written authorisation and terms. Most of what we do changes code, so what is needed is usually write access rather than read-only. Changes go to their own branch for you to review and merge. Access is used for that job and nothing else, it is revoked when the job is done, and code and credentials are deleted after delivery.
Analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, run by the same company that hosts the site. It counts page views without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you to another website. It is served from this domain rather than a third party, so nothing about your visit is sent anywhere else. What it records is aggregate: which pages were viewed, where visitors arrived from, approximate country, and device type. Individual visitors cannot be identified.
The Free Check adds two counts and nothing more: which question number you just answered, and that you reached the end. Neither carries your answers or the result you were shown. Those are worked out on your own device and they stay there.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or profiling cookies. Nothing on this site requires consent for non-essential storage.
Hosting and processors
The site is served as static files by a hosting provider, and email is handled by a standard email provider. Both process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the service and keep it secure.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while the conversation is relevant and afterwards for as long as required for legitimate business or legal reasons — for example, accounting obligations for work that goes ahead. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant.
Legal basis
We process contact data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Write to hello@vibe2prod.io and we will answer within a reasonable period. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).
Vibe2Prod has no data protection officer and claims no privacy certification. This page reflects what the website actually does.
