Technical Partner
Check it, decide it, fix it — and stay.
For the founder who wants one person on the whole problem. It begins with a bounded three-week Sprint — the Review’s verdict, the worst blocker actually shipped, a 90-day plan — and only then, if it earns it, becomes ongoing.
Nothing starts as a retainer, and either side can walk at the end without explanation.
The entrance
The Partner Sprint — €3,500 + VAT.
Three weeks, and four things you keep.
The Review, in full
Verdict, system and ownership map, critical-flow map, risk register.
One shipped foundation piece
The highest-consequence blocker fixed, tested and deployed — not described.
A 90-day technical plan
Named owners, a sequence, and what to ignore.
A recommendation, in writing
Continue as partner, stop because you have what you need, or hand this to someone other than me.
The guarantee is tied to what you keep: if there is no written verdict, no map of your system, or no fix actually shipped at the end, you get a full refund.
€4,305 including VAT. A Launch Check or Review bought in the previous 90 days credits 100% against the Sprint.
If it continues
Attention, at a published cadence.
Flat monthly, no timesheets. You buy attention, and the work is prioritised from what the codebase actually shows — a fixed deliverables list would be a lie written before the evidence.
€1,800/month + VAT · 4–6 h/week
Advisory
Judgement: architecture calls, change review, incident postmortems. No implementation promised.
€2,214/month including VAT
€3,400/month + VAT · 8–12 h/week
Embedded
Everything in Advisory, plus shipped, reviewed implementation.
€4,182/month including VAT
- Direction reset every two weeks: 45 minutes, what changed, what is next.
- Evaluation at the quarter mark: continue, change intensity, or stop.
- Two-month minimum after the Sprint, then 30 days’ notice — either side.
- Leaving is defined work: my access removed, every document exported to you, the open risks written down, and the instructions for running it handed over.
Maintenance only
When you need watching, not building.
Continuity is the lighter option: I watch the paths your business depends on and handle what breaks, without building anything new. It runs alongside the retainer or instead of it.
€390/month + VAT
Continuity Core
One app, up to three of the paths your business depends on watched, a reply during business hours when something breaks, a monthly review, and one risky change checked before it ships each month.
€479.70/month including VAT
€690–990/month + VAT
Continuity Partner
More flows, multiple services, runbooks, sensitive-change review, and priority when something needs hands.
€848.70–1,217.70/month including VAT
Setup €350–600 + VAT, waived after an eligible Review. No development hours, no guaranteed resolution, no 24/7.
Not a fit
When to save your money.
- Features written to a spec. That is staff augmentation; hire a contractor.
- Prompts written for you. A prompt problem does not need this.
- Pre-launch, no users, no revenue — start at the €350 Launch Check.
- 24/7 on-call, a formal pentest, or a compliance certification.
- A CTO title for a fundraising deck without the work behind it.
- No repository or infrastructure access. Nothing here works without it.
One partnership at a time. The depth this sells does not survive being split, and a guarantee I could not meet would not be worth printing.

An intro call to hear what you are carrying. If the Sprint fits, you get a one-page proposal with fixed dates and a fixed price. If it does not, you hear that on the call.
